Buddy has been with KTI since 1990, and has been President since 2006. Among many other accomplishments, Buddy was instrumental in KTI's expansion in the 1990s. Buddy takes the time to get to know each client, and it is this personal attention which has been a key element in KTI's continued success during the current recession.

Dylan started at KTI as a field technician, and over the past decade has held the positions of Operations Manager and now Vice President. Dylan received his Masters of Business Administration from University of Kansas in 2006, and has been a critical component to the growth KTI has experienced in the past three years.

Since joining the KTI team in May of 2009, Steve has been instrumental in the Construction Services and Geotechnical departments. Steve has fifteen years experience in the geotechnical and materials testing industry.

Ramona joined the KTI team in 2007 and has poured her time into building relationships with new and existing clients. Through her hard work, KTI has built new relationships with many clients, including city governments, school districts, general contractors, developers, architects and engineers.

Brian came to KTI in 2009 from the transportation industry, bringing with him process improvement and project management experience. Since joining the KTI team, Brian has been a driving force behind process improvements that have resulted in improved timeliness and accuracy of reports, as well as the launch of the New KTI Online.

Tom has been with KTI for over ten years, and has been an integral member of the Geotechnical department. His vast array of field experience - including intimate familiarty with the geography and geology of Kansas and Missouri - brings a great depth of knowledge to the KTI team.

Bob has 21 years experience in the environmental assessment field. He has performed more than one thousand Phase I environmental assessments on sites ranging from undeveloped, agricultural/pastureland to manufacturing and industrial facilities.
