Buddy has been with KTI since 1990, and has been President since 2006. Among many other accomplishments, Buddy was instrumental in KTI's expansion in the 1990s. Buddy takes the time to get to know each client, and it is this personal attention which has been a key element in KTI's continued success during the current recession.

Dylan started at KTI as a field technician, and over the past decade has held the positions of Operations Manager and now Vice President. Dylan received his Masters of Business Administration from University of Kansas in 2006, and has been a critical component to the growth KTI has experienced in the past four years.

Frankie joined KTI as a Field Technician in 2005, and quickly became one of most capable technicians on staff. He joined the management team in 2009 and has used his natural business ability to actively improve KTI's service. Frankie earned his Professional Engineer license in 2011, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at the University of Kansas.

Shawn joined KTI in 2010 to provide additional support for the Construction Services department. He has experience working as both a Project Engineer and an Estimator, and has worked on several projects in the Kansas City area. Shawn's GC background brings a new perspective that allows KTI to better understand the needs and demands of our clients.
