Buddy has been with KTI since 1990, and has been President since 2006. Among many other accomplishments, Buddy was instrumental in KTI's expansion in the 1990s. Buddy takes the time to get to know each client, and it is this personal attention which has been a key element in KTI's continued success during the current recession.

Dylan started at KTI as a field technician, and over the past decade has held the positions of Operations Manager and now Vice President. Dylan received his Masters of Business Administration from University of Kansas in 2006, and has been a critical component to the growth KTI has experienced in the past four years.

Darryl joined the KTI team in 2010, bringing with him over fifteen years of experience with Civil and Structural Engineering. Darryl's extensive experience in the construction industry provides KTI's management team with added depth and experience.

Frankie joined KTI as a Field Technician in 2005, and quickly became one of most capable technicians on staff. He joined the management team in 2009 and has used his natural business ability to actively improve KTI's service. Frankie plans on obtaining his P.E. this fall and an M.B.A. in the future.

Shawn joined KTI in 2010 to provide additional support for the Construction Services department. He has experience working as both a Project Engineer and an Estimator, and has worked on several projects in the Kansas City area. Shawn's GC background brings a new perspective that allows KTI to better understand the needs and demands of our clients.

Ramona joined the KTI team in 2007 and has poured her time into building relationships with new and existing clients. Through her hard work, KTI has built new relationships with many clients, including city governments, school districts, general contractors, developers, architects and engineers.

Brian came to KTI in 2009 from the transportation industry, bringing with him process improvement and project management experience. Since joining the KTI team, Brian has been a driving force behind process improvements that have resulted in improved timeliness and accuracy of reports, as well as the launch of the New KTI Online.

Bob has 21 years experience in the environmental assessment field. He has performed more than one thousand Phase I environmental assessments on sites ranging from undeveloped, agricultural/pastureland to manufacturing and industrial facilities.
