Geotechnical investigations involve the production of geotechnical reports including drilling and sampling in the field, laboratory testing and analysis of retrieved samples, and presentation of the activity and test results. This includes engineering recommendations such as soil and bedrock bearing capacities, foundation types, floor slab and paving parameters. |
| Phase I Environmental Site Assessments research and report information concerning environmental conditions and the potential for the presence of hazardous materials associated with a property performed in accordance with ASTM E1527. Other environmental services include Phase II Environmental Assessments, environmental compliance assessments, surface/subsurface soil and water evaluations, soil corrosivity, environmental compliance assessments, waste water evaluations, environmental monitoring and sampling to determine the presence and potential environmental impact of hazardous materials. |
| Construction Services performed involve all required on-site observation and testing as well as laboratory testing to insure compliance with contract specifications. This includes UBC/BOCA Special Inspections, Resident Engineering Services, sampling, testing and documenting of all required tests. |
