Mr. Kruger joined KTI in 1990 with a desire and ambition to implement his knowledge of and experience in the engineering and construction community in the metro area to broaden and strengthen KTI’s client base.

As a Professional Engineer for KTI, Mr. Kruger oversees company operations at construction sites, remote field offices, and regional locations. He comes to KTI with over twenty years experience in construction with ten years specializing in geotechnical investigation, special inspection and construction phase testing.

Because of his early background in civil and structural design, Mr. Kruger is uniquely qualified to assist in the services that KTI provides to clients on all phases of project development from project feasibility through final construction and project close-out. Geotechnical explorations, construction document review, special inspections, material testing and final conformance to contract documents are provided under Mr. Kruger’s oversight to efficiently and economically aid KTI’s clients in overall project management.

Mr. Kruger’s dedication to honesty and professional ethics provides a very solid foundation for the continued development of KTI’s capabilities and the establishment of valued, permanent relationships with clients.

To bring professionalism, integrity, and stringent quality control to the organization, Mr. Kruger continues to put KTI through recognized industry certifications, not only with the US Army Corps of Engineers, but also with A2LA (American Association of Laboratory Accreditation). The program that was developed to acquire these certifications also serves to enhance KTI’s ability to ensure project compliance and conformance to project specifications.
