required on-site observation and testing as well as laboratory testing
to insure compliance with contract specifications. Our staff of trained
technicians is always prepared to meet our clients’ needs as well
as any
unexpected testing requirements as they may arise. We offer the highest
quality services by following the standards set forth by the American
Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). We believe our trained and
experienced staff, coordinating efforts between owners, architects,
engineers, contractors, and regulators, will help provide our clients
with project schedule achievement, overall cost savings, and quality
projects with long term performance. |
| KTI's laboratory conducts a variety of testing on construction materials. Materials tested include concrete, aggregates, asphalt, fine and coarse grained fill materials, spray applied fire proofing, pavement and masonry materials, undisturbed soil samples and rock and pavement cores. From field sampling to laboratory analysis and presentation of final test results ASTM procedures are utilized. KTI is also an A2LA accredited laboratory and all test procedures, equipment, personnel and results are reviewed under the quality system mandated by this certification. |
